NOR NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2008 MARDI GRAS REGATTA, FEBRUARY 8-10

©2007 JOY | USMCA 27 DECEMBER 2007 • Katie Triplett, a member of the New Orleans Yacht Club has circulated this notice about the 2008 Mardi Gras Regatta happening February 8-10. Read on further for more including the official NOR and additional contact info: Dear Melges 24 sailors, In an effort to generate some out-of-town sailors, we’re promoting our 2008 Mardi Gras Regatta little differently this year. Mardi Gras commemorates on February 5th, so we’re hoping people will come for Carnival and then stay for the weekend for some hard core sailing... Nawlin’s style February 8-10th. We have many fun events planned and are expecting a nice turn-out... a perfect pit-stop after KWRW! The Class with the most boats receives a “Krewe Shirt”. We've got a few Melges 24's on Lake Pontchartrain and would love to see a whole fleet for the Mardi Gras Regatta. DOWNLOAD AN NOR and plan to attend!
