PLAN TO ATTEND THE 2007 KEY LARGO REGATTA — OCEANSIDE, DECEMBER 7-9

23 OCTOBER 2007 • The Mark Sorensen Youth Sailing Program invites you to participate in the 1st Annual Key Largo Regatta December 7-9th on the oceanside of Key Largo, Florida. Enjoy the warm sun and fresh breezes of the fabulous Florida Keys as you race with world-class sailors in preparation for the prestigious Key West Race Week. There will be a Melges 24 class as well as a PHRF fleet.

Proceeds from this race support programs of the MSYSP which promotes youth sailing from beginning through advanced racing levels.

Update October 19, 2007: Head Protest Judge and PRO are set for regatta. Slight change to Entry Form, we have dropped "Social Tickets" and only included "Dinner Tickets" @ $15.00. Get your entry forms filled out and mailed in as soon as possible so that we can plan a great event!!

There are two deadlines to remember: Entry Fees: Registration Fee will be $100 after December 5, 2007 — Enter Now and save $25, Hotels & Dockage: Rates for hotels are reserved until November 16th & Slips until November 6th

Please see below a list of competitors that have orally committed to the regatta, some great teams are in line to race in the sunny and warm Florida Keys this December. Please see our web-site www.m24keylargo.com for additional information concerning hotels, trailer and boat storage and a map of the area in which we will be racing. Update October 7, 2007: Interest for this regatta has been huge and it's still early. According to Melges SE District Governor, Reid Collins, this weekend will now count as the 1st SE points regatta for 2008!

Get out of the cold and come on down to the Florida Keys to enjoy some great competition...you'll recognize many of the names in the early list of racers (below). Make your plans to race now!
