ANNAPOLIS RACE WEEK, SEPTEMBER 2-4

06 AUGUST 2006 • Registration for the 2006 Annapolis Race Week is now open online at http://www.cbyra.org/raceWeek.aspx . The NOR and SI's are available online as well. The Melges 24 fleet will be racing on Saturday and Sunday only. CBYRA celebrates a milestone as the 40th Annual Annapolis Race Week kicks off on Labor Day weekend, September 2-4. Four fleets with sixteen classes are expected to participate and once again the Annapolis Yacht Club Annex will be the location for all social activities. We are excited to announce a new partner for Race Week as Goslings Rum joins us as a key sponsor for the event. Goslings Rum, a favorite of sailors around the world has been a major supporter of sailing events and CBYRA is excited to have their support. Both Gosling's Black Seal (yes, Barritt's Ginger Beer too for the ever popular, Dark 'n Stormys) and Gosling's Gold Rum will be served during the tent parties. Entries may be made online through August 19th or delivered to the CBYRA office until the deadline of 1500 hours on Friday, August 25, 2006. Entries submitted after August 19th are subject to a $50.00 late fee.
