  Jul 10 Teams arriving in Lake Tahoe for the TYC Tahoe Melges Race Week + Trans-Tahoe Regatta were greeted with a surprise: instead of nine boats on the entry list, fifteen had signed up, with ultimately twelve Melges 24s participating. This was quickly turning into the largest assembly of Melges 24s on Lake Tahoe since 2006, when the Pacific Coast Championship was hosted by the Tahoe Yacht Club.
